How to Update / Install

Follow these steps exactly — it only takes 2 minutes

Tap the Download APK button for your app above. The file will start downloading.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open your notifications. You should see the download. Tap it to open the file.

A screen will pop up asking if you want to install. Tap Install.
⚠️ If it says "blocked" or asks about unknown sources — tap Settings, turn on the permission, then go back and tap Install. You only do this once.

Wait for it to finish, then tap Open. Log in with your existing email and password — nothing changes, your account stays the same.

Updating an existing app? Just install over it — your data is never erased. The old version gets replaced automatically.

Door app — New dedicated app for security. Scan fobs at the entrance, see customer name and photo instantly, check for bans with ban reason shown, link fobs to existing customers, register new customers, track daily headcount.
Door queue on floor — Floor attendants now see a live queue of customers who checked in at the door. Tap "Match" to assign machine and amount without scanning the fob again.
VIP Customers — Admin and Manager can now set per-customer VIP status with extra match amounts and 2nd match override. VIP amounts show with a gold border on the floor. Historical visits show a ⭐ VIP badge.
Loyalty Rewards — Admin can configure a point threshold and reward amount. Customers earn 1 point per shift visited. When they hit the threshold, the floor attendant sees a mandatory reward popup. Auto-logs as expense, resets points.
Rewards tab — Admin and Manager both have a new Rewards tab showing all claimed rewards with customer photo, amount, and timestamp, filterable by period.
Live feed (2nd tablet) — A second floor tablet logged in as the same attendant now shows a real-time feed of all check-ins happening on the main tablet, with customer photos.
App renamed — "Arcade Numbers" is now "Arcade Manager".

Ban reasons — Floor attendants can now enter a reason when banning a customer. Admin and Manager can see the full banned list with reasons, who banned them, and when.
Store settings — Admin can now configure which match amounts are active, and whether a 2nd match per shift is allowed.
Attendant stats (7-day) — Admin staff screen now shows each attendant's check-ins, total matched, and match rate % for the last 7 days.
Match rate in P&L — Manager and Admin shift detail now shows match % in the Machine P&L card, color coded green/amber/red.
Shift notes & expenses in Admin — Admin shift detail now shows all shift notes and itemized expenses.
Manager can add attendants — Manager can create and manage floor attendant accounts directly from their app.
Duplicate fob prevention — Detects if a customer was registered on another tablet mid-shift and loads their profile instead of creating a duplicate.
Works on phone — All apps now work properly on phones and smaller tablets.

Offline mode — Floor app works fully without internet during shifts. Syncs at shift open and close.
Background sync — Every check-in, expense, and note syncs to the server in real time when internet is available.
