Tap the Download APK button for your app above. The file will start downloading.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open your notifications. You should see the download. Tap it to open the file.

A screen will pop up asking if you want to install. Tap Install.
⚠️ If it says "blocked" or asks about unknown sources — tap Settings, turn on the permission, then go back and tap Install. You only do this once.

Wait for it to finish, then tap Open. Log in with your existing email and password — nothing changes, your account stays the same.

Updating an existing app? Just install over it — your data is never erased. The old version gets replaced automatically.

Ban reasons — Floor attendants can now enter a reason when banning a customer. Admin and Numbers can see the full banned list with reasons, who banned them, and when.
Store settings — Admin can now configure which match amounts ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100) are active, and whether a 2nd match per shift is allowed. Takes effect on next shift open.
Attendant stats (7-day) — Admin staff screen now shows each attendant's check-ins, total matched, and match rate % for the last 7 days.
Match rate in P&L — Numbers and Admin shift detail now shows match % (matched ÷ total in) in the Machine P&L card, color coded green/amber/red.
Shift notes & expenses in Admin — Admin shift detail now shows all shift notes and itemized expenses, not just the visit list.
Numbers can add attendants — Numbers person can create and manage floor attendant accounts directly from their app.
Duplicate fob prevention — If a customer was registered on another tablet mid-shift, the app now detects this automatically and loads their profile instead of creating a duplicate.
Works on phone — All apps now work properly on phones and smaller tablets, not just the main store tablet.
Sign out fixed — Signing out of Admin now correctly returns to the login screen.
Shift list fixed — Numbers app was occasionally missing the most recent closed shift. Fixed.
